1. Promotion period. Opens Wednesday 21st October 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST on Friday 30 October 2026. Entries received after that time won't count.

2. Who can enter. Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone involved in running the promotion can't enter.

3. How to enter. During the promotion period: (a) comment GELLY on the giveaway post on @make_them_gelly; (b) sign up to the Make Them Gelly wait list using the link sent by direct message; (c) confirm your email address via the confirmation email; and (d) follow @make_them_gelly on Instagram. Completing all four steps gives one entry.

4. Bonus entry. Entrants who have completed clause 3 can earn one bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tagging @make_them_gelly during the promotion period. Stories must be visible to @make_them_gelly (public accounts, or private accounts that follow us). Maximum two entries per person in total.

5. Valid entries. One Instagram account and one email address per person. Entries using fake, duplicate or bulk-created accounts will be excluded. The Promoter may check that the entrant is still following @make_them_gelly and is still subscribed at the time of the draw.

6. Prize. One prize, made up of: 2 Gelly Nail Sticker sets (designs chosen by the winner, The Full Ritual bundle, 3 Nail Art Charms, one Fujifilm instax mini 13 camera, a camera case, one pack of instax mini film and an instax mini photo album. Total prize value up to A$340.00 (RRP, GST inclusive). The prize can't be exchanged for cash. If an item is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

7. Draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 12 noon AEST on Monday 2 November 2026 at Cannon Hill QLD 4170., using random selection software.

8. Notifying the winner. The winner will be announced on @make_them_gelly stories and contacted by direct message from @make_them_gelly only, by Tuesday 3 November 2026. The Promoter will never ask for payment or account passwords.

9. Claiming. The winner has 14 days from notification to reply with a delivery address in Australia. If the prize isn't claimed, a redraw will take place at 12 noon AEST on Monday 16th November 2026 at the same place, and that winner will be notified the same way.

10. Delivery. The prize will be posted free of charge to the winner's Australian address the day after they confirm their delivery address. The Promoter isn't responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

11. Marketing emails. By signing up to the wait list you agree to receive emails from Make Them Gelly, including launch news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing after the draw won't affect a prize already won.

12. Privacy. Personal information is collected to run this promotion and, with your consent, to send marketing emails. It's handled under the Privacy policy – Make Them Gelly.

13. Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability.

14. General. The Promoter's decision is final. If the promotion can't run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's control, it may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any written directions from a state regulator. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
